POSTX, an award-winning London-based logistics technology company deploying 100% emission-free transport solutions for UK logistics operators, today announced a strategic partnership with 1 Click Logistics, a leading Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating across the South East of England.
POSTX is building software designed to replace fragmented SOPs and manual coordination across planning teams, dispatchers and customers with an autonomous logistics execution platform.
POSTX spent the past two years proving that a new logistics operating model could work with existing operators across multiple UK cities.
Working with logistics operators such as Danux Carousel Logistics, Wincanton, Segen, and Hived, the model quickly scaled to cover more than 60% of UK postcodes, 3,400 routes and 8,000 palletised shipments weighing over 2 million kilograms across more than 700,000 miles, all delivered emission-free.
These deployments demonstrated that much of today’s middle and last-mile deliveries can be transported using PODs (box trailers) towed by EV SUVs, delivering improved safety and route efficiency. But they also revealed a broader challenge: even when new logistics models work operationally, executing them at scale still relies heavily on distributed teams using fragmented SOPs, communications channels and manual coordination.
The operational dataset generated from these deployments, spanning sortation, load planning, driver scheduling, routing, and delivery performance, now forms the foundation for POSTX’s next phase: developing software that autonomously plans, runs and executes logistics operations continuously across planning, dispatch and delivery stages
The partnership with 1 Click Logistics represents an early deployment of this platform within a large‑scale logistics operation.
Operating as an Amazon DSP, 1 Click Logistics delivered 13,000 routes and 3.5 million parcels to customers across the South East region last year.

The deployment will also serve as a model for other logistics operators and delivery networks across the UK.
